Book Talk:  

Author and life coach, Peggy Bonsee will speak for approximately 45 minutes concerning the inspiration, creation, message, and characters in her book.  She will alot time for questions and comments.  

Coaching Circles: 

These are groups ranging from six to eight women who want to join with others to explore the activities and reflections in Silver Linings under the leadership and guidance of a Professional Certified Coach and Certified Group Coach.  The group will meet for four ninety-minute sessions in a respectful and confidential environment to explore together and individually.  One one-on-one coaching session will be offered to each member at the end of the series.

Seminars & Workshops:

Interactive session in which both the concepts and activities in the book will be addressed with participants.  Worksheets will be provided.  From half day to full day programs available. Minimum number of participants is twelve.
